Alisha, you founded the PR & Media company TOPCITY, and as far as we know, you mostly focus on personal PR. Why do you prefer to manage personal branding?
Actually, personalization is one of the strategies in PR. When there is a personal brand behind the brand itself. And I love this approach in business. This strategy creates even more trust in the brand, especially if the face of the project is appealing to the target audience. The goal of PR is precisely to achieve these main tasks: building trust in the product and establishing relationships between the product and the target audience.
I also work more with personal branding because I’m interested in personalities. I know how to strengthen trust and improve the image in the eyes of the client segment, and I choose the most effective tools and love to apply unconventional solutions. Even basic tools require a non-standard approach to achieve the best results.
I also don’t exclude political PR, as I have been trained in it and have good resources and a team of professionals.
Would you consider working in public diplomacy?
Yes, although I have some experience in this field. I remember my work in shaping the image of the Crimean Tatar people. I love working on non-standard tasks.
You have become a contributing author of the book “Self Coaching” in English, which will be available for sale on Amazon.com in the coming days. Tell us about the project.
I have been keeping a success journal for several years. Among my PR clients were top coaches and psychologists. I have also been seeking consultations from specialists in these niches for over 6 years. And of course, I write down all the insights in a separate notebook. It is these insights and more that I decided to share with readers in this book. From helpful tools and thought-provoking questions to interesting facts from my life that made me rethink things. I am glad my surroundings influenced my decision to share this valuable information. It is especially pleasing to receive warm feedback from the first readers, including the designer, translator, and other team members who worked on the book with me.
I plan to release the book in multiple languages, and I can already say that I am starting to work on a new edition of PR.

Previously, almost anyone who could afford the services of my PR company could have been my client. Today, we work with a select group of individuals, narrowing down to brand-focused people with whom we work on a long-term basis. This is financially beneficial for the client, and we are interested in strategic work on a long-term basis as well.
Am I correct in understanding that you are referring to an annual contract?
Yes, correct. It can be a retainer contract or work based on an agreed minimum work plan.

Yes, as I mentioned earlier, I enjoy working according to a well-built strategy.
What could you offer a brand?
In addition to creative PR and an effective promotion strategy, my strong expertise focused on the ability to feel the market and implement a real Unique Selling Proposition (USP). Sometimes a brand needs a breath of fresh air, an implementation that will take the business to a new level. I can also work on that.
